LEGACY FUND
In May 2018 the committee at Ngatapa Rugby and Associated Sports Club established an endowment fund at The Sunrise Foundation to secure longevity for the club.
Ngatapa was established over sixty years ago and has grown from a small country sports club to over 700 members, many of whom are from town and others coming from as far afield as Tolaga, Matawai and Mahia.
They hope to inspire success through sports by providing guidance and positive role models. They are fortunate to have people who choose to share their time and skills with the club. The commitment of those volunteers helps members to grow in their sport, as well as promoting fair-play and respect for others.
Any donation that is made to the Ngatapa Fund will be invested, protected and grown each year in line with inflation. The surplus investment income will be granted back to Ngatapa every year, meaning all donations will keep supporting the club forever.
